In close consultation with you as our customer, we develop an economical and future-proof solution for you according to your needs. It goes without saying that we plan the design in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive and on the basis of the current country-specific regulations on the construction, approval and operation of steam boiler systems.

• When the goal is to save fuel, economisers are the means to the end.
  When designing customised flame tube-smoke tube boilers, we think of the associated economiser at the same time. An integrated economiser usually pays for itself in less than a year due to the significant fuel savings. We would also be happy to plan the retrofitting of existing flame tube boilers for you. We will calculate the expected savings for you in advance.

• Feed water treatment is an important component of a perfectly coordinated system. We can retrofit existing systems with reverse osmosis systems. In any case, the goal is a low-salt operation of the boiler plant. In this way, operating costs can be lowered and the risk of corrosion of the steam system can be significantly reduced.

The starting point for any planning is the question of the required steam quantity or output. In addition, there is the aspect of energy efficiency: How can steam be provided for the specific application in such a way that the boiler is operated just as economically during heat-up and start-up times as during low-load phases?
